Darren and Dean turned up exactly at the appointment time to conduct a CCTV drain survey. We were fully informed of the process and they were thorough with the survey. This was followed up by a comprehensive report and suggest alterations to accommodate our proposed new build. We would recommend them.

Called and was visited the next day at exactly the time agreed. Drain cleared within the hour. We have used DB Drainage before (that was a waste pipe damaged by roots) and they were excellent then too. Would highly recommend – clear, reliable, good work, fair price!

After phoning and trying to contact several drainage firms in the Notts, Darren got back to us for an appointment very quickly. He arranged for his men to do the work within 3 days. Very pleased with the way the men worked. Clearing and lining were completed with as little mess as possible; they explaining the process as they went. The drains are now fully cleared of years of roots from 60 year old trees. Our toilets now flush and drain as they should. Price was very competitive. Would we recommend this firm? Absolutely!

After having other companies that turned up with wrong equipment, or didn’t bother showing up at all and also telling me that it’s a major job involving having half my patio and utility dug up, these two wonderful guys from DB Drainage Solutions turned up early, on a Sunday and put me at ease straight away, knowing exactly what needed doing and with minimum fuss and disruption. No need for digging up the patio or utility. It was the vilest of jobs but they both worked so hard. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Blockage was successfully removed with half an hour. Great job and lovely guys, would recommend to anyone.

Used DB last week, called on a Sunday and didn’t expect anything for a day but surprisingly they called me back.
I was booked in for the following day and the lads turned up on time, introduced themselves and patiently waited while I located the keys to the property!
Did a good job unblocking the toilet and tidied up too.
Really pleased with the whole service. Would recommend them any day of the week.
